How can I submit a fund to be considered for judging?

When will I receive my tickets and how?
Your personalised tickets will be sent by post to you approximately 3 weeks prior to the Awards night. Your table booker will receive a confirmation pack by e-mail prior to this. It is imperative that you distribute your tickets as you will not be granted access to the hall without this. This is due to the security level at the venue.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
If you lose your ticket please contact email@example.com as soon as possible, who will be able to assist you.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is Black Tie
Can I park at the Royal Albert Hall?

How can I provide my guest names?
All guest names will need to be submitted via our online form. Table bookers will find a section on the website to enter the guest names and will be emailed guidelines on how to enter this inform Friday 9th June as we produce a guest list booklet which is distributed to all on the night.
How can I provide dietary requirements?
All dietary requirements will need to be submitted via our online form. Table bookers will find a section on the website to enter the guest names and will be emailed guidelines on how to enter this information. Please note that this information needs to be submitted by Friday 9th June otherwise we may not be able to accommodate your requirements.
I would like to purchase drinks for my table - can I do this in advance?
The drinks order form will be emailed and sent to your table booker in advance of the event. All orders should be sent to our caterer - please see the form for details.
Can I book accommodation at preferential rates?

I have a colleague who is disabled and requires mobility access to the venue, what do I need to do?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements.
Can I purchase photos from the night?
Yes. After the Awards you will be sent a link to our online photo system where you can view photos from the night.
